Senior Translator
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced full-time English <> Arabic senior translator to join our team and increase our company growth.
Should be equipped with the know-how, competencies, and qualifications necessary for rendering and delivering high quality translation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translate a wide variety of texts (promotional material, product information, professional/ corporate communications, sales presentations, e-commerce, training materials, etc.)
- Review translations done by other junior translators and freelancers.
- Contribute to developing and coaching other translators in a less senior role.
Skills and experience required:
- 3-5 years of experience as full time translator
- Committed to the deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of translation technologies such as CAT and QA tools
- Taking pride in delivering a high-quality service
- Being able to multi-task, prioritize and stay calm under pressure
- An academic degree in English linguistics, literature or a related field
